Costa Rica is a place that we always wanted to go to and of course with very little to no restrictions it was an easy choice for us!
So glad we made this choice as this country os beautiful beyond compare with top notch hospitality!
Today was an action packed day! We 1st took a boat ride out to Cano Island where we snorkled in the clear and very warm Pacific Ocean waters with the Black Pacfic and Hawksbill Sea Turtles! 🐢
You would think the Pacific Ocean around Costa Rica would be fairly cold but to the contrary it was very warm! Why? Because there are lots of Volcanos/volcanic action under the sea here warming the ocean waters. Volcanoes on land and Volcanoes under the sea here in Costa Rica! 🌋
After we got back from our snorkeling expedition we cleaned up, went to lunch, hung out at the Serenity pool, had another spicy jalapeno Margarita, then we went on our sunset cruise complete with fruit, wine, beer, and a variety of cheeses. We had great weather and great scenery for this spectacular sunset cruise!
When we got back we got ready for our 30th anniversary dinner up at the top of Copa de Arbol's private dining room! Cope de Árbol means "Top of Trees"! Thus our private dinner was at the top!
A spectacular dinner of Steak and Chicken on Skewers, soup, salad, bread, wine, and desert!
A fantastic setting, a fantastic dinner, a fantastic night!
A memorable 30th Anniversary Evening!
