What an active day with Sky Adventures- swinging/hanging bridges, a rainforest hike, & the ultimate in Ziplining!
Yet another adventurous day in Costa Rica!
Started off this morning (May 2nd) with a fabulous breakfast at the Spring Resort then hopped on our shuttle bus from Sky Adventures which took us to our long day of adventures with hanging bridges, rainforest eco-hike where we saw all kinds of wildlife including howler monkeys, spider monkeys, a venomous Pit Viper and a number of birds and just the wonderful scenery of the Arenal Volcano area! Then of course ending it all with a number of thrilling ziplines through the rainforest where it did come down raining on us on a couple of them but no big deal! Tons of fun!
After getting back to the Springs Resort we cleaned up then headed down to the main building where we had a nice chicken salad dinner and then hung out the remainder of the evening at all the Volcano heated pools on the property!
A great day of exercise, learning, thrills, and relaxation!
Tomorrow we have Whitewater Rafting with Wave expeditions!
